Educated and trained as a biologist (MSc) and epidemiologist (PhD), I have developed expertise in research methodology over the last 20 years, particularly in neuromusculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) epidemiology (diagnosis, management, prognosis, prevention). At the same time, I have been able to share and transmit my passion and knowledges through various teaching courses (biology, physiology, research methodology, critical appraisal, writing publications, EBP) for various health higher schools (medicine, chiropractic, physiotherapy, dietetics). Subsequently, educational coordination and research direction enabled me to acquire solid managerial skills by guiding several teams of teachers, healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary and international researchers in different research projects. I was also able to acquire a taste for and learn about the field of human resources (recruitment, appraisal and professional interviews, HR tools, etc.). Thanks to these experiences and my latest training courses in professional skills development, and in educational engineering, I set up my own business 3 years ago to offer my services to healthcare associations, private laboratories and training organizations specialized in healthcare professions education. Currently looking for new opportunities, whether salaried or freelance, I love challenges and team projects that evolve in a dynamic environment, and I know how to adapt to each situation and audience.
