The Northeastern Lab for Inclusive Entrepreneurship (NL4IE) champions small, local business growth, entrepreneurship, and community resilience. Key initiatives include the Inclusive Entrepreneur Fellowship program and technical assistance through collaborative student-led projects, as well as research and education supporting responsible procurement in higher education.
The Lab’s work is enabled through a grant from the U.S. Economic Development Administration, focusing on the growth of ’main street’ small businesses in the Portland-Boston-Providence Corridor and a Knowledge Challenge grant from the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation.
