Why Choose NMA Solutions? My story starts with giving back because my professional story has been gratifying and filled with unexpected turns. I have organized numerous charity events; I founded and spearheaded a Lean In group for the women of my previous organization; I volunteer for American Corporate Partners to mentor veterans; and sit on the advisory board for Shetek, helping to provide opportunities and education for Women in Tech. I also negotiated multi-million-dollar contracts, managed a $60M budget with fiscal responsibility, and led an IT team to provide excellent customer service, which culminated in a CIO Visionary Award. As a consultant, I have developed and implemented a go to market strategy for ServiceNow, assisted in making the most of partnerships, strengthened a corporate marketing strategy, and enhanced multifactorial process improvements, among other work. My story includes chapters on innovation and the capacity of all employees at all levels to design and innovate. In my previous role, I created and led our worldwide innovation events, called Innovation Jam. As a consultant, I am thinking out of the box for my customers as they tackle new issues, such as driving sales in new markets. I have started the next chapter in my story, with NMA Solutions, applying all my experiences in leadership, delivery, product management, innovation, and giving back to the community. Purpose: Help IT and corporate teams function efficiently and provide excellent customer value and service. Technology is always changing and IT teams need to keep the infrastructure supported while learning new technologies, keeping up with cyber requirements, and juggling customer priorities.
