Nashville Museum for Children & the Arts

The Nashville Museum for Children and the Arts strives to be an important partner in early childhood education in the Nashville community, serving children ages 0-10 and their caregivers. Our mission is to ignite imagination, curiosity, empathy, and the creative process in all children and their families through art and play. To do this, we believe in designing a radically welcoming, imaginative, playful learning atmosphere that supports families in nurturing children’s innate creativity and curiosity. We take a broad approach to the arts: spanning visual and contemporary art, performance art, storytelling, architecture and design, invention, culinary arts, and environmental art.
