Níkos is a playground to actively explore and share experiences in personal leadership development and endurance sports. Through highs and lows I found that in today's world a lot is expected, being in constant pursuit to strike a balance between high performance and a sense of inner peace. Exploring this balance has been of great value to me, which motivated me to encourage others to join me in this quest. At Níkos I aim to lay the foundation for a personal compass and a robust engine that enables us to advance forward. I’m a firm believer that an active lifestyle, especially through endurance sports, contributes positively to all facets and therefore plays a central role. My approach is gently rebellious, pushing one another to explore personal and professional frontiers. I coach professionals that want to gain more insight and strength around personal leadership development, including mental health. Either combined or separately, I guide people in endurance sports training. Níkos as a vehicle to attend various training and certification programs around leadership coaching, much of which is in progress. Níkos (Greek: Νίκος, Níkos) originates from the Greek word Nikolaos, which means "victory of the people".
