No Pressure Coffee

On a mission to become a better barista and hopefully be among the top 10 of the Netherlands by the end of 2022. I am part chemist, computer nerd, chef and sommelier and have a talent for flavors. With this talent and my set of skills, I think I have an edge over other baristas. But I need more experience as a barista, so for now I am focussing my attention to working hard and learning more about coffee, making it, drinking and tasting it and giving people my unique experience when they order a coffee drink from me. I'm want to participate in the Dutch Brewers Cup 2020 and establish my skill level for "slow coffee" aka pour-overs. With that in mind, I can help an employer to improve the quality and consistency of their (espresso-based) coffee until early Summer 2020. After that time, I would need to introduce slow coffee for my employer and practice more with the subject matter so I'm experienced with slow coffee and prepared for participation in the coffee competitions around November 2020.
