NRM PRODUCTIONS © — About: Founded with the ambition to bring back transparency, sustainability & encourage safer work practices after the harsh reality of COVID-19 lockdowns had impacted small businesses to the point of collapse. NRM PRODUCTIONS © was founded & directed by a chief of operations who understood the economic struggle and mindset of the everyday Australian with all funding towards the launch being a result of savings from working multiple jobs close to a decade after experiencing their own struggles navigating a post-pandemic economy and job market. The mission values that expanded into some incredible achievements never budged, the main three being; safety, transparency & building community after many Australians felt displaced and isolated with dreams that once felt arms length away. With two years preparation prior to launch, NRM Productions found great success working with a range of companies/sole-traders forgoing expensive fees for sole-traders as a way to give back to a very broken market and city. Some of the achievements for the company came very rapidly due to an emphasis on face to face interaction and applying EQ in a market filled with murmurs of AI, job redundancy and restructuring. Some of these include: • launching and staying in the green due to a very dedicated and hardworking team • using creative approaches to sell out larger iconic venues seating anywhere from 600-1000pax for events • providing incredibly detailed consultations free of charge to ensure smaller businesses wouldn’t lose out without understanding the honest summary of what they’d accomplish • 1wk turnovers from aprox 7% capacity fulfilment with no projected growth or stagnant engagement to 86.3% fulfilment after launching specifically designed marketing campaigns for private accounts both big and small but all with the same mission values applied. Due to the current climate and the no. 1 mission value; safety, NRM Productions © closed its doors to the public in 2025.
