No Sleep Beverage is an alcohol beverage portfolio for emerging brands in the U.S. that are capturing culture through transcendent drinking experiences. Our team of investors, builders, and operators is driven by a shared purpose: to help people discover culture and create community through transcendent beverages. We do this by partnering with alcohol beverage brands to take their visions from early-stage to high-growth, maximizing their chances for success. As strategic venture partners with 360-degree value-added capabilities, we go beyond the traditional investor role. We work hand in hand with our beverage brands to de-risk the brand-building process by making data-driven decisions, creating portfolio synergies, incubating for growth, scaling exponentially, and optimizing exit values. The seeds of No Sleep Beverage began over a decade ago, when founder and CEO Nick Papanicolaou launched his own brand and experienced the challenges of entrepreneurship in the alcohol beverage industry first-hand. Recognizing the pain points of emerging beverage brands, he knew there had to be a more effective approach. In April 2023, Papanicolaou’s 14 years of experience in the alcohol beverage industry — including leading Pernod Ricard USA’s mergers and acquisitions team and launching New Brand Ventures for Pernod Ricard — culminated in the fundraising close of No Sleep Beverage. In its first seven months, No Sleep Beverage invested in and partnered with five brands: Barr Hill, Solento, Nine Banded Whiskey, Juliet, and Soley.
