Nobel Peace Laureate Project

The Nobel Peace Laureate Project is a local non-profit organization based in Eugene, Oregon. The mission of NPLP is to honor those Americans who have been awarded the Nobel Peace Prize and to inspire future peacemakers. NPLP created the Nobel Peace Park in 2012 guided by the vision of John Attig. It is the only park in the United States that honors the 24 American individuals and organizations who have received the Nobel Peace Prize. Located at the entrance of Alton Baker Park in Eugene, OR the Nobel Peace Park is open year-round to the community and is easily accessible by walking, biking or driving.
