About Noble6
noble6 was organized in 2010 with four partners. One metallurgist, two engineers, and a 4th generation nonferrous metal processor with over 100 years of combined experience. The original team effort was to recycle O2 sensors. Their focus was to develop an efficient volume process to extract ceramic from scrap O2 sensors. This is done by converting the ceramic into powder and the steel/stainless into fractions. After 6 months of trial and error with a pilot plant, they were able to overcome O2 sensor recycling. In 2017, PGM Recovery Systems developed a green proprietary process to recover PGM’s from a difficult by-product. Through complex extraction techniques they convert a low value feed stock into a high value furnace concentrate. As an experienced team, PGM Recovery Systems is dedicated to revealing beneficial and profitable information to the catalytic converter recycling industry.
