Uplifting online dance events to boost your mood and energy. Everyone is welcome and there are no right or wrong moves. Wheelchair friendly. We've been hosting online dance parties and team building events since March 2020. Our team building events usually follow the same format as our open to public online dance parties: - Energy boosting 15 minute dance sessions, to kick off the day in the morning, break it up in the middle of the day or shake it off at the end of the work day. - 30 to 90 minute sessions involving some playful beginner-level warm up routines, a playlist to dance to freestyle and an open mic karaoke to end. Here are our most popular themes, but we can create a customised programme for you. - Grease The Musical (teaching the moves to Greased Lightning) - Diva Dance Party (teaching the moves to Vogue and Single Ladies) - Blues Brothers (teaching the moves to Shake a Tail Feather and She Caught the Katy) - The Fresh Prince (teaching how to do The Carlton and the moves to Jump On It) Other warm up dance routines available include hits by the Spice Girls, Destiny's Child, Dolly Parton, Tina Turner, Fatboy Slim and more. We've done online charity fundraisers, corporate Christmas parties and wellbeing sessions, conference icebreakers, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, bachelorette parties and more.
