About Noctua - An ETH Research Project

We are a team of five mechanical engineers from ETH Zürich, supported by the Soft Robotics Lab. Our objective is to engineer a silent long-endurance drone that can autonomously monitor vast areas, supporting rangers in preserving wildlife. We‘ve successfully completed various test flights and proven our systems airworthiness. Currently we are working on making our plane more reliable, modular and efficient.
