Our 14 year journey across L&D & OD has long motivated us to pioneer solutions across a few of the most critical gaps that has always affected the ROI on training & development, and over these last 2 years, we have worked hard to create an excellent ‘Training Needs & Post Training Effectiveness Tool’. The solution plugs the most critical issue of weak TNA information to HR/L&D, and offers employees to plot their training needs. It supports managers/leaders capture training needs of their reporting members and it offers HR/L&D a complete set of variable reports about all learning areas that people at work believe are needed to manage results and goals effectively. The system works online with a smartphone application for users, and has a web-panel for the administrator. Besides TNA information, the solution offers the administrator to make program or information announcements, and requests participants to share program feedback. It also requests participants to plot their learning diary to address post training effectiveness. Our solution ’NODL’ is ready and conforms to excellence during our internal tests, and we are eager to share great scope mutually.
