👋Hey there! I'm Cesar Martinez, a Senior Program Manager and a Professional Coach for internal employees, managers and leaders at Microsoft. I've built my successes through intention and purpose and elevate others to do the same. Through coaching, I empower Big Tech professionals with mindset, career, professional and personal development skillsets to navigate challenging times and achieve their own version of success. 📖With a background in engineering and business from the University of Illinois (UIUC), I started my journey with a strong foundation in human-computer interaction and a keen understanding of the underlying philosophy and psychology of human behavior. Throughout my studies, I became fascinated by the underlying reasons behind why we do what we do and how this knowledge can be applied to improve our lives. Over the past decade, I have gained extensive experience through leadership roles, technical roles, community program management, learning and development (L&D), and more, including landing multiple dream jobs at Microsoft. 🌎In 2020, I recognized the widespread need for the mindset, purpose, and career development strategies I had been refining and sharing with my inner circles for nearly a decade.
