About Noir Black Chamber of Commerce Inc.
Noir Black Chamber of Commerce Inc. is a 501(c)(3) economic development organization focused on "Moving Black America Forward" by creating innovative programs that promote economic and social mobility for Black youth aged 9 to 24. Noir Black Business Clubs are currently being established on college campuses across the country, and Black youth aged 18 to 24 are encouraged to download the newly launched Noirbbc Clubs App to engage in business education, professional skills development, Black community trauma discussions, mentorship, apprenticeship and job training opportunities, corporate networking events, and more.
