Nojumi Solutions Inc. is a legal tech startup offering technology solutions to law firms across Ontario, Canada. Nojumi's first product offers automation solutions to real estate lawyers that act for private mortgage lenders. Over the past number of years, Private Mortgages have gained significant traction in Ontario as a prominent financing tool in the vibrant Ontario real estate market. According to Ontario’s Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FRSA) just in 2020, approximately 13.5 billion in private mortgages were arranged in Ontario through agents or brokers. Despite the significant size of the private mortgage closing market, many Ontario real estate lawyers refrain from acting for private mortgage lenders in part because usually these transactions are referred to the lawyer on a last-minute basis with little time to prepare hundreds of pages of security documents and complete interest calculations. We assist Ontario real estate lawyers by providing automated solutions for their private mortgage transactions. As part of the solution, our software obtains the relevant information from the parties involved through our smart dynamic intake forms and generates the transaction documents.
