No Limits is an information, advice, counselling and support charity for young people up to the age of 26 in Southampton, Hampshire, Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight.
We support young people with a range of issues including mental health, money, housing and homelessness, employment, substance use, antisocial behaviour, sexual health, relationships and sexuality.
Young people can get our free, confidential support through our Advice Centre on Southampton High Street, without having to make an appointment; through our drop-ins in secondary schools and colleges across Southampton; through our advice phone line on 02380 224 224.
