NOMA Consulting is an Afghan team with a strong experience in field research, data collection and data processing. NOMA Consulting specializes in data collection nationwide. Noma has worked in all provinces continuously for over 14 years, completing over 300 data collection surveys for several consulting and research assignments including numerous large-scale households & enterprise surveys and evaluations of public service delivery in Afghanistan. NOMA’s capacity includes more than 15 permanent staff and a national network of more than 350 interviewers and coordinators in all Afghan provinces, and research informants in nearly all Afghan districts. With a permanent office in Kabul, the company regularly conducts research across all areas of Afghanistan. NOMA’s staff approaches research with ethical considerations in line with International procedures and guidelines. All of NOMA’s enumerators speak fluent Dari and/or Pashto with years of experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative data collection at the household level on sensitive topics.
