Welcome to Nomia, Northern New England’s first women owned and operated sexuality boutique! Since opening in 2004, we have set the standard for sexual pleasure and health needs in the region. Our sexuality educators are happy to answer any and all questions with accurate information in a comfortable and safe atmosphere. We are proud to have the region’s largest selection and best prices for books, gifts, body safe sex toys, lubricants and accessories and serve everyone in a welcoming and inclusive environment in which to explore. We are proud members of Buy Local and the Progressive Pleasure Club, and honored to have been voted Portland’s Best every year since we opened our doors! Our mission: Everyone is entitled to explore the complexity of one’s sexuality in freedom, with dignity, respect, and compassion. Sexual pleasure is a birthright and can have a profound influence over one’s overall health and happiness.
