I use ICF-Certified pure coaching interwoven with the science of thriving, Positive Psychology, to take clients through a 90-day programme, which gets them really clear on who they are, what they value, want and need, what their character strengths are and how they can use all this rich information about their authentic self, to create more clarity, courage, confidence in how they make decisions in their business and life. We work on the basis that getting in touch with your values and strengths, as well as raising awareness, accepting and learning to navigate the parts of you that have tried to hold you back in the past, is the key to unlocking your direction, purpose and unique gifts – to help you step into your next level of achievement with excitement, energy and optimised wellbeing.
