Nonprofits Counsel is a fully-remote private public interest law firm serving nonprofit, tax-exempt, and other mission-driven organizations in New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. We are true partners to our clients by providing proactive and collaborative legal services at all stages of an organization’s life cycle, from start up through sunset. We recognize the need for high-quality, cost-effective legal services tailored to meet the unique needs of tax-exempt entities. We have extensive experience working with a wide range of tax-exempt organizations, including 501(c)(3) public charities and private foundations and 501(c)(4) social welfare organizations, and provide services to our clients on an ongoing or project-based basis.
