We are a fast-casual Asian restaurant with locations throughout the Inland Northwest Offering a diverse menu that caters to all tastes. From mouthwatering stir-fries to hearty noodle bowls, our dishes are prepared with passion and authenticity. The concept behind the creation of the Noodle Express was to deliver the same great flavors of the Mustard Seed but in a fast-casual environment for everyone to enjoy. In 1992, the first Noodle Express was introduced at the Southgate Mall located in Missoula, Montana. We’ve since expanded to have locations in Montana, Northern Idaho, and Washington.
