NoorD Consulting is a social impact consultancy that embraces liberatory design as a way of working, born out of a desire to create positive change in the world. The idea for the business was planted in 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, when it became clear that existing social and economic inequalities were only being exacerbated by the crisis. The founder, Degmo Daar, recognized a need for a consultancy that could help organizations embed diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and sustainability principles into their operations and strategies to create more equitable and sustainable outcomes.
