På vores fabrik på havnen i Hundested er der siden 1984 blevet røget fiskeprodukter, primært laks. Vi sætter en ære i at følge røgningsprocessen til punkt og prikke, og vi udvikler løbende vores produkter, så vi kan opfylde kundens behov for smag, udskæringer og emballage. Vores røgvarer sendes afsted til kunder både nationalt og i hele Europa.
Hos os er den gode røgningsproces, kvalitet og produktudvikling af højeste prioritet.
Nopalax ApS er en del af Seawell-koncernen – en danskejet fiskerivirksomhed der består af 7 selvstændige selskaber i Hanstholm, Hirtshals og Hundested. Alle arbejder indenfor fiskeri, forarbejdning, markedsføring samt eksport af fiske- og skaldyrsprodukter.
