I've been a Personal Trainer & Thaiboxing, Kickboxing, Taekwondo Instructor for over 15 years and former Taekwondo competitor for 7 years. To maintain my competition in a high level I had to prepare myself physically, nutritionally and mentally. Therefore I have extensive knowledge and experience in the field of fitness and martial arts and would love to help you achieve your goals.
