NordConnect

The Nordic Council of Ministers funded project, spearheaded by a collaborative consortium comprising a vocational college in South Karelia, Finland, a nonprofit organization called Crossing Borders from Denmark, and Charge AS, is dedicated to bridging the integration gap among immigrants, schools, and workplaces. This comprehensive initiative addresses key facets of immigrant integration, focusing on three pivotal aspects: 1. entrepreneurship with a specific focus on women 2. community engagement of youth with an immigrant background 3. diversity and inclusion practices in both school and workplace that foster a supportive and enriching learning and working environment
