Nordic Inclusify ry (originally Nordic Diversify) was born in the fall of 2020 as the brainchild of a group of recruiters who wanted to see more attention paid to diversity and inclusion in recruitment. As the community started to grow, membership was opened to all people interested in the topic regardless of their profession.
The community currently operates primarily in a Slack workspace, which is open for anyone who wants to join. We also host events both online and in person to raise awareness of different topics around diversity, equity and inclusion within recruitment, talent strategy, and employer branding. Our events are free of charge and open to everyone.
While most of our membership base is currently rooted in Finland, we welcome members from all Nordic countries!
