At its core, Normal is structured as a networked agency that is rightsized for each client we work with — offering three areas of service focus: business consultation, strategy + planning, and creative + technology. Our agency is led by three partners with over 18 years of experience in branding, advertising, marketing, public relations and technology innovation. Each partner is a digital native, with proven track records of running successful agencies. Ultimately, we are experienced, hands-on and passionate for the work — and yeah, we’re actually pretty normal.
