成立於2010年7月，自網路發跡的NORNS青創團隊，從專門販售拍立得相機及底片、相機包與LOMO相關產品起家。歷經網際網路的興起，發現網路購物需求的逐漸增加，開始思考並嘗試更多的可能性。除了開發各式各樣熱門的日貨流行禮品及生活百貨等，我們有了更遠大的目標：「喚起深藏的童心，創造觸手可及的幸福！」這促使我們積極轉型開發卡通授權商品。
現在成功簽訂版權的卡通角色有：蠟筆小新、迪士尼、Moomin、櫻桃小丸子、史努比、小熊維尼，其中蠟筆小新作為最初的開發角色，其授權商品獲得許多正面的支持與回饋，更激勵NORNS持續創新卡通生活禮品的魅力，帶給大家幸福生活感。
為了營造優質的購物環境，NORNS提供公司官網、多元網路平台，讓顧客以網路購物的便利取得商品；在台北士林、中山、公館…等商圈開設實體門市，於2023年3月起NORNS陸續進駐全台百貨商場設立專櫃，讓顧客至門市/專櫃感受到卡通生活禮品的夢幻樂園；NORNS所提供的專業服務、豐富選品及溫暖氛圍，都能讓大/小朋友的顧客獲得滿載的歡樂體驗。
