Our service supports people with disabilities to be fully included citizens, to be independent, enjoy their rights and responsibilities, and make their own choices. North Star is all about building a sense of community and belonging.
We are funded by Local Authorities and NHS Commissioning Groups to support people with learning disabilities, autism, and neurodiversity needs to enjoy good lives and learn the skills to become independent.

Our staff are extremely dedicated individuals who become experts in the people they support and use broad range of life skills and specialist training to open up opportunities for independence and overcome barriers to inclusion. Everyone involved in our service is actively engaged at the front line, making a difference to people's lives, and making people's dreams of inclusion and normal life a reality.
