Our core services are Cost Management, Project Management and Cosultancy Services. With our global network of offices, employing over 400 people in 14 countries, we are able to utilise the best local knowledge and expertise whilst providing a consistent approach to our service. We are responsible for construction projects internationally in over 80 countries, ranging in value of between US$50,000 to US$6bn, under a wide range of procurement methods. We work collaboratively with our Clients and project members to identify and optimise project efficiencies and cost savings and ultimately strive to deliver all our projects to programme and within budget.
