Founded in 1941, excellence in higher education is a tradition at Northeastern Junior College. We provide access to quality, student-centered education through small classes, personal attention and extensive learning assistance programs.
Northeastern prepares highly skilled individuals to successfully transfer to four-year colleges as well as be ready to go right into the local, regional and national workforce.
We are also Colorado's largest residential, two-year college, with the ability to house 600 students between six different residence halls. Ten NJCAA sports teams and three non-NJCAA teams in addition to busy student life events provide students with a traditional college experience without the price tag of a four-year college. We're also proud to have more than 70% of our faculty as full-time instructors, with more than 80 programs of study.
