The NORTHERLY BMS software ecosystem for battery management systems (BMS) solves the legal and practical issues of traditional cloud-based platforms by allowing fast and cost-efficient data transfer which is adaptable to comply with all regional legal requirements of data handling. The core feature of the End-2-End (E2E) ecosystem allows automatic updates to the individual BMSs, which then locally retrieve and apply cloud-assisted information of parametric model changes, thus eliminating the burden of large amounts of data to the cloud and reducing the risk of cyber attacks on data.
