Northern BIDs Group

Northern BIDs Group (NBG) provides strategic leadership and a unified voice for the Business Improvement Districts in cities in the North of England. We represent 7,000 businesses in Liverpool, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle, Sheffield, Sunderland and York. These have a combined Rateable Value in excess of £840M. The Northern City BIDS are commercially-run and focus on delivering economic growth for the benefit of their cities and communities throughout the North. NBG members have a proven track record of delivering significant positive change for their cities; from large scale capital improvement projects to profile and placemaking, the projects are varied and diverse but all aim to attract investment and drive economic growth.
