Our Laser With our 10kW Fibre Laser we can cut up to 30mm thick steel, stainless and aluminium, as well as 12mm thick copper and 15mm thick brass and titanium with incredible precision. With our laser we can profile using air as an assist gas as opposed to nitrogen or oxygen for most thicknesses of material. This dramatically reduces costs for our customers and improves lead times. Fibre optic CNC lasers are a recent advancement in profiling technology. They are faster, cheaper to run and much more efficient than older CO₂ lasers still in use. This allows us to supply parts cheaper and quicker than many of our competitors while having a reduced environmental impact.
