Several principles of The Hakimian Organization, a renowned developer and property manager of New York real estate since 1970, have partnered with NewMark Capital LLC, a registered investment advisor currently managing approximately $1 billion in corporate bank loans and other credit assets, to form North Point Capital Group LLC.
North Point Capital Fund LLC (“the Fund”) is seeking to capitalize on real estate investment opportunities in the North East and other major markets across the United States. The Fund will invest as LP Equity directly in real estate development opportunities alongside qualified GPs, including multi-family, office, retail, and industrial ground-up and value-add projects.
The management of the Fund is uniquely positioned as both investors and operators with a deep infrastructure.
