NorthShore Partners is an Investment Holding Company building a concentrated portfolio of high quality growth companies. We invest in high potential, owner managed businesses across North America. We target investments of $10-100m and seek shareholdings of at least 25%. We invest through permanent capital vehicles which means we have a long-term investment horizon and do not have predetermined exit plans. Like the management teams of our investment companies, we are entrepreneurs and as such understand and share the dedication and discipline it takes to build businesses NorthShore Partners is built on relationships of trust, partnership and long-term alignment. Our conservative approach means we would rather build value patiently over time than pursue aggressive tactics like excessive gearing. We aim to add significant value to the company beyond capital as our management team and co-investors in areas like risk management, capital structure, corporate governance, succession and strategic development.
