Northwest Corner Farm

We're a small regenerative farm in the northwest corner of Winchester in the Northwest Corner of Connecticut. Newly certified organic, in our 2023 inaugural season we produced maple syrup from our on-farm sugarbush (find it at ROOTED Market in downtown Winsted, CT). We offered a sold-out 25-share CSA program, and wholesale accounts ROOTED along with Railway Cafe in Winsted, Spice320 Marketplace in Colebrook, Geppetto Osteria in Torrington, and the Northwest CT Regional Food Hub, as well as donating to several local food pantries.
