Home to the Valender family for 3 generations, Norton Grounds is a 120 acre farm estate a 7 minute drive from Chipping Campden and just 20 minutes from Stratford upon Avon. Bristol, Birmingham and Oxford are all just 75 minutes away by road. Honeybourne station is a 10 minute drive with 90 minute direct connection to London Paddington. A courtesy pick-up and drop-off service available. There is extensive parking onsite including under-cover with EV charging available. If arriving by helicopter then we have 1 and 5 acre landing zones within a few minutes walk of the accommodation and venue spaces. Flight time from Battersea London Heliport is just 30 minutes. Our nearest airfield for small/light jets/turbo-props is Wellesbourne Montford, a 30 minute drive. Our permanent Tipi, Cotswold stone Threshing Barn and Cow Shed offer flexible and spacious event spaces. The large concertina oak doors between the two barns provide great opportunities for a ‘wow moment’ reveal. Large doors in both allow easy access for vehicles. We can seat up to 80 guests in the Threshing Barn or 130 in the Cow Shed and up to 150 standing in either. The landscaped gardens and terrace in front of the Barn have far-reaching views to the Malvern Hills providing great break-out and leisure spaces for drinks receptions, street-food style trucks etc As an exclusive hire venue we offer luxury accommodation in our 4 barn cottages sleeping up to 20 people (dogs most welcome too!). Our accommodation and event spaces once housed pigs, cattle, poultry and doves and many of the features and architectural detail have been retained in our sensitive and sustainable ’modern rustic’ approach to their conversion. We have made a conscious decision to host a maximum of 20 weekend only weddings a year to ensure we can remain flexible and attractive to those in MICE sector. We have excellent relationships within 15 minutes drive should additional accommodation be required, from Airbnb to 4 and 5 star hotels.
