Nortus

Organizacija veikia nuo 2011 m. ir per šį laiką tapo didžiausia Lean sistemą įgyvendinančia bendrove Baltijos šalyse. Įmonės tarptautiniai partneriai – vieni iš labiausiai pasaulyje vertinamų Lean praktikas įgyvendinančių organizacijų „Honsha“, kuri vienija „Toyota“ korporacijoje dirbusius vadovus ir ekspertus. Stipri tarptautinė partnerystė garantuoja, jog Lietuvoje Nortus projektai vykdomi tik remiantis naujausiomis praktikomis, todėl Nortus šalies rinkoje pirmieji pradėjo diegti Lean sistemą ir valstybiniam sektoriui – Lean Government. Šiuo metu dirbama su keletu dešimčių lyderiaujančių šalies įmonių, veikiančių ne tik vietos rinkoje, bet ir Europoje. Nortus tikslas – organizacijų efektyvumo didinimas Lietuvoje, taikant visame pasaulyje vertinamas Lean metodikas ir filosofiją. ----------- The organization has been operating since 2011 and is the largest Lean company in Baltic states. One of the company’s international partners is Honsha organization. It is one of the most recognized Lean organizations in the world, which brings together Toyota’s former corporate executives and experts. Strong international partnership guarantees that Lean projects are being implemented in Lithuania, based on the most up to date world practices. Therefore, Nortus was the first to introduce Lean system in Lithuanian public sector, called “Lean Government”. Currently, we are working with a few dozen leading companies in the country that are operating not only in local market but also across Europe. The main goal of Nortus is to increase efficiency of Lithuanian organizations by applying Lean methodologies and philosophy that are widely spread and known around the world.
