Founded in 1989, Norwell is one of the longest established and most successful Drilling Project Management & Well Engineering firms in the world. Norwell provide the independence and stability of a long standing Well Engineering department, who draw on experience gained in designing, setting up and managing operations across six continents. Our clients value us for being flexible, highly capable and commercially minded. As a globally experienced team we have earned a reputation for successfully managing both stand-alone and multi-well drilling projects, delivering consistent and innovative outcomes for clients. Across more than 30 years Norwell have directly managed more than 500 wells in 45 countries for over 100 clients. These have included pioneering remote exploration projects in East Africa and major campaigns for leading operators, including 100 Deepwater wells worldwide since 1997. Norwell is certified to ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018 standards for Well Engineering & Operations, Project Management, Well Examination and Well Verification.
