UK-based Nosh Detox is a multi-award winning team of dedicated, experienced health and fitness professionals spanning medical to alternative nutrition. Providing a range of health packages, from diet and juice plans to vitamin D drips, infusion treatments, fresh-made meal delivery programmes that cater for all dietary requirements and preferences, coaching and e-learning, our philosophy – ‘to help you look good and feel better’ – is the foundation of all our services. Founded and led by raw chef, health coach and nutrition specialist Geeta Sidhu-Robb in 2008, we are underpinned by a unique three-step process – supported by online learning, speaking events and teaching platforms – developed to create wellbeing: ‘Symptom Profiling’ (health issue analysis), ‘Nosh Programmes’ (personal, bespoke or standard nutritional plans) and ‘Well Delivered’ (diet programmes, supplements and therapies transported directly to clients’ homes or offices around London, the UK and Europe). All our food is dairy-, gluten- and egg-free, rich in vitamins and minerals and available for delivery across the UK. Nutrition-based solutions Nosh Detox was founded by Geeta in answer to her son’s multiple food allergies; so severe that he suffered anaphylaxis as a baby and spent over 240 days in hospital during his first 18 months. Discovering there were limited medical resources available to her to treat his condition, she ceased working as a corporate lawyer to focus on caring for him, developing her own solutions for the various problems he was experiencing - nutritious and balanced meals, alternative therapies and natural supplements - and qualifying as a healer and Medical Intuitive following three years of study. Today Geeta’s experience, training and expertise is reflected in Nosh Detox’s unique blend of products and services.
