Notice App

An online community notice board- post useful notices and see those posted by others around you. A bunch of IIT Delhi undergrads always felt a need of something handy yet powerful to know what's important and useful going on in their college. After searching around, they came to know that there's no tool which is focused on solving this big problem. This led them to make 'notice'.
