- to encourage diversity in the legal profession and amongst member firms with a view to making the profession more accessible to individuals from ethnic minority backgrounds
- to raise awareness about issues faced by ethnic minorities, not just in accessing the profession but also in their progression within the profession
The network strongly believes that diversity and inclusion add value to an organisation in attracting and retaining the very best talent, fostering innovation and meeting the needs of diverse clients in today’s global environment.
The network is open to both lawyers, in law firms and in-house, and those engaged in business services in the legal profession.
