NOVA Baseball Magazine

The NOVA Baseball Magazine is a multi-platform media outlet featuring a web site, a weekly e-notebook and digital magazine, and a high school preseason and postseason print media guide covering youth, travel, high school and collegiate baseball in Northern Virginia. Our coverage area includes the counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William, as well as the cities of Alexandria, Falls Church, Leesburg and Manassas. NOVA Baseball Magazine comes to the local baseball community during a time when coverage and exposure of amateur baseball has diminished. The publication will be the only of its kind in our area, and will present readers with a dynamic way of following local baseball, and advertisers with a unique opportunity to reach a baseball community of thousands. Web content free to all readers will include high school standings, schedules, game summaries and scores, the year-round Player of the Week award, and the High School Top 10 Poll during the spring. Our poll will consist of the top 10 teams from over 60 public and private high schools in our coverage area, and will be voted on by a selection committee consisting of head coaches and media members from the area. That committee will also vote on our postseason NOVA Nine team consisting of the top player at each position in our coverage area, as well as our Player of the Year, and Coach of the Year. In addition to the free content, subscribers have access to the premium content on the web site, will have the weekly e-Notebook emailed to them, will have access to the monthly digital magazine, and will be mailed a copy of the preseason and postseason media guides. The weekly e-Notebook featuring updated standings and other news & notes will also be sent to each school's activities offices to have at the gate for Friday night games.
