Heir to the iGi institute created in 2008 by Bernard Marie Chiquet, Nova Consul is a research and practice institute, and a training center in management that addresses all types of organizations and supports committed leaders wishing to evolve towards a new way of leading centered on value creation. Since 2010, we have been importing holacracy from the United States, and are one of only 3 companies worldwide to be accredited as a "Premier Provider" for our privileged role in its distribution and development, and the only company in the French-speaking world authorized to deliver training and certification. In 2019, following the support of more than 150 organizations in France, Europe and North America, of all sizes (from 2 to 800,000 people) and in all sectors (industry, IT, commerce, banking, agriculture, research, public…), it is formalizing Constitutional Management®, a new customized and augmented model, which addresses the 6 territories of organizational transformation.
