NOVA Insight is a small consulting practice that supports international NGOs to design and deliver high-impact development programs across Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, and Asia. We work across sectors - education, public health, agriculture, youth leadership, employment pathways, STEM & innovation, and climate change - on donor-funded initiatives supported by Mastercard Foundation, Gates Foundation, Global Affairs Canada, UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, and USAID, among others. Our core services include: facilitating co-creation processes in concept development and program design; leading end-to-end proposal processes; and designing Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) frameworks and performance measurement systems that drive adaptive learning and demonstrate impact. Clients to date include MEDA (Canada), Amref Health Africa (Kenya), Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (South Africa), Pact (USA), Kepler (Rwanda), Trade Facilitation Office (Canada), and Cenfri (South Africa).
