Acquired by Welocalize in 2016, Nova Language Services was established in Barcelona in 1998. The company provided industry expert language solutions, including translation, website and marketing localization, conference interpretation, eLearning and multimedia services. Catering to a wide range of technical industries and local and international institutions, Nova focused primarily on the life sciences sector, where main areas of expertise included biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, clinical research, patient recruitment, compliance and regulatory content. Headquartered in Barcelona and with a strong base of European clients, the company had offices in Luton (UK) and Chicago (USA), and was ISO 9001 and UNE EN 15038 certified.
