We are a consulting firm with experienced consultants and a long project track record. Our firm was founded on November 15, 2008 on a mountain top. The company name stands not only for the founding month, but also as metaphor for: - The month of the storms - no leaf on the tree is taboo. - Insight - we bring light, also into the dull and sad November days. - Change - the ninth month (lat. novem = nine) which became the eleventh. - Results - these can be celebrated best with a "Porte de Novembre" from Robert Gilliard in Sion, one of the best Johannisberg wines. We believe that strategic programs and projects are key to position organisations well in new or changing markets and therefore gain significant advantages over their competitors.
