NoviceSphere is a tech-enabled educational consultation company dedicated to guiding South African learners through every step of their post-matric journey. We offer a comprehensive, student-centered support system that includes career guidance, university and bursary application assistance, NBT application, and student accommodation placements. Our holistic approach means we go beyond just one service—we address the full scope of what learners need to successfully transition from high school to higher education. From helping Grade 10–12 students identify career paths that suit them, to managing the admin-heavy processes of applying to universities and securing safe accommodation, we walk the full journey with each student. This includes document collection, application tracking, deposit payments, and ongoing communication with institutions and providers. Through partnerships with over 70 high schools, we run yearly High School Readiness Tours, where we host in-person workshops covering career planning, digital skills, funding options, and practical post-matric steps. In 2024, we toured over 100 schools across Mpumalanga, and in 2026, we’ll return with a focused 50-school tour across Mpumalanga, aligning with our goal to deepen our local impact. NoviceSphere also works with trusted student accommodation providers, streamlining placements for learners applying to universities like UP and NMU. Our model benefits both students and property partners by simplifying the process and ensuring reliable occupancy.
